Was running fine 2 weeks ago. Went to start it today, and it won't crank over. Flywheel moves some. Has plenty of oil. Part of the governor inside the engine may have jammed it. New deck belt. Has an electric issue after installing replacement gas tank. . Can deliver for $1/loaded mile. Tires hold air.
