I must say I was quite displeased with my overall experience at H Greg Trucks. Having bought many commercial vehicles in the past, I found this experience to be exceptionally unorganized.

A few days prior, I called to inquire about a 2019 Isuzu and was told it was available. I informed the agent I was flying in from Virginia to see it and asked if everything was in working order. The agent assured me that all their trucks are thoroughly inspected by certified mechanics before sale. When I asked about pricing flexibility, the agent confirmed that they could accommodate me. Excited, I booked my flight and arrived at their office on Monday morning at 9 AM.

Upon inspecting the truck, I noticed a few concerns, but they assured me everything was fine. However, when I sat down to complete the paperwork, I was hit with over $2,000 in “dealership fees” and “preparation fees.” When I asked about adjusting the price, I was told it was final, contrary to what I had been told over the phone. Despite this, since it was the only acceptable vehicle within 200 miles, I reluctantly proceeded with the purchase.

The paperwork took an unreasonable amount of time. When I got into the vehicle, I found it had no fuel. When I asked the sales associate about fuel, he said it wasn’t provided with the purchase. I found that absurd but filled up $125 worth of gas just down the road. Unfortunately, when I tried to start the truck, it was completely dead.

I called the sales associate, who seemed disbelieving. I had to escalate to the manager, who finally sent a mechanic after an hour of waiting. After another long wait, a mechanic arrived and got the truck started. They then determined that the starter and relay were faulty and sent someone to buy replacements. After another lengthy wait, I saw them pulling a starter from an older box truck I had declined due to its high mileage. I questioned this and was told they were using it on my truck.

At this point, I was fed up with the delays and just wanted to leave, as I had a 16-hour drive home and work the following morning. Overall, I was completely dissatisfied with the service and transparency at this dealership and would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here.

What a great experience. Signed everything online and got good value for my trade. Super hyped about my Maybach. Richard had amazing customer service.

Truly disappointed with H Greg Trucks!!
I called multiple times to make sure the truck was ready since I was gonna fly out from California and driving it back. I was assured by the sales manager Robert that it was ready to go, no lights or anything. I arrived at the location they had the truck on Friday at 11am, waited about 3 hours because the truck was getting washed, upon inspection of the truck I found out, passenger door wouldn't close, steering wheel was out of wack, one of the air brake chamber was leaking  and worst of all had a check engine light! I called Alex the salesperson and he said I had to take the truck without the trailer to the main dealer which was around 30 min from there. Once we get there they get their "mechanic" to check out the truck while I sign the paperwork. He ended up fixing the door, didn't say anything about the brake chamber, said the steering had to be fixed at the other location where we were originally and that the engine light was fixed that it was nothing. So there we go driving back to the original location 30 min away and boom engine light turns back on. We get to the location and called Alex right away to let him know about the check engine light again, he said they'll check it right there. We waited around 1 hour so they can fix the steering wheel. Once they fixed the steering wheel it was close to 5pm I get a call from Alex saying they are about to close so they can't check out the truck til the next day Saturday. I had specifically told them I wanted the truck ready so I can get there sign the paperwork and start driving back since I had to be back home before Monday. At this point I was frustrated with them, had been waiting for more than 7 hours for a truck that they knew I was coming to pick up with a week's notice. I decided to leave because the mechanic promised that it was nothing and I believed him. Once I arrived home, I had another mechanic check the truck out and found out the truck had these codes: Flash code P153B, P1407, P140E. Which basically means I have to switch out a crank case ventilation was runs $1200 plus labor which is another $625. I called Robert to see if they're willing to reimburse me at least the crankcase and labor but no answer. I also sent him a text message and still no reply. Truly unprofessional the way they dealt with the sale of this truck. They knew beforehand I was coming with ample amount of time, once I was there they still were taking a long time and giving me the run around in regards to the check engine light. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau because their lack of transparency in regards to their trucks and lying about the check engine light.

I had a great time at this truck dealer shop. The experience was very quick and the people are extremely nice. Humberto was great at explaining things about our new truck.
