Custom made family teardrop camper 1750lbs with breaks. Size 6’x12’. Fully insulated floor to ceiling so can be used in the winter months. We got our teardrop this year for our family of four and we love our teardrop but need the cash to pay for home renovations. The Cabin has two doors so you can exit/enter from either side of the camper and two windows. There is a total of four windows that open and close with screens. There is also a powered 10 speed 2 way Max Fan Roof Vent. Porch Lights on independent switches. There is a battery that can be charged by solar. The 10 foot long cabin floor fits a California King Mattress (84″x70.5″) and has a Full Size Bunk (70.5″x54″) ideal for 2-3 kids or 1 adult. Under the bunk at the foot of the bed there’s front facing storage cubbies with nylon netting. The Interior Cabin is 70.5″ wide x 108″ long x 46″ tall. The Total exterior length from hitch to tail is 17’5″, wheel to wheel width 7’10”, Height 6′. Total dry trailer weight 1,750lb, tongue weight with storage box and spare tire. Includes a Yakima roof rack on the top and we also have a solar charger for the battery if you would like. Will take best offer.
