Sturdy futon with all-wood frame and a durable futon pad. Small water rings on the armrests that could be buffed out. The futon converts from couch form to bed form easily. A great piece of furniture for those looking for a 90s style. Works well with craftsmen style. Performance fabric could be indoor or outdoor under a covered patio. We just got a new couch and we don't have space for this. It served as our primary couch for the past 6 years and held up well! Hoping it will go to a great home — it has a lot of life left to it! Pick up at our home between Cap Hill and Madrona in Seattle. Price negotiable.
