Used good condition four piece quality Art Van dark brown real leather living room set. Set includes 3 seat leather sofa, leather fixed arm car and ottoman, fabric arm chair and two matching pillows. Ottoman shows wear on top and hydraulic arm is broken and leather chair has a little wear on the seat. Everything else is in very good condition with minimal wear and no damage. Comes from a clean non smoking home and easy driveway pick up only. Tables are not included.
