I ordered a Venom 250GT Automatic. Have had many issues. I’ll just point out a few and keep it short as possible.  Muffler had black burn spots after one time use. The bike didn’t come fully assembled like I had purchased. I  called customer care and a woman named Shana C took over my case. Word for word she told me “ I know you just don’t like the bike and that is why you are complaining so much” then her boss calls me and assures me he will handle it. I 100% believe this just upset her. Afterwards I ordered a new driver peg and after 1 week I emailed back and asked when she would have the invoice and she said she is currently working on it. Two days later I get the invoice finally and pay for it. Part was in stock the whole time I should add because I checked the website. Then the part arrived and wouldn’t you know it’s the passenger foot peg even though in the order info it clearly says driver. Without a doubt in my mind I believe this was done on purpose by Shana C who I should add is a General Manager with this company.

Venom Motorsports is reliable, honest and operate with integrity. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great motorcycle dealer.

On line purchases are scary! To buy anything, especially something that is expensive is a gamble at the very least so when I needed a small vehicle to get around our property and couldn’t find the right thing in the community we took a chance and purchased a small ATV from Venom Motors and crossed our fingers. All I can say is WOW! I LOVE my little baby (I named her Ruby) and I am MORE than pleased! Our communications with your customer service representative-MARK!- were wonderful…polite and professional and always speedy. A bit of an issue with tracking but an e-mail was all it took for Mark to respond quickly and with the answers to our questions. Thank you soooo much- I’m pushing 80 years old and my little Ruby is making life easier!

Recently, I placed an order at Venom Motorsports USA, where a part sent was not the correct one. This was at no fault from them, as it happened with other vendors . Apparently there are several models of these parts for various iterations of my kid’s electric dist bike and the one needed was hard to find.

As soon as I notified customer service, customer service agent Jo replied with no delay. Jo coordinated with their parts department to verify if they had the part I needed. Simultaneously, he arranged the return, providing me with a shipping lable and refund. Once they received the return, he immediately sent the correct part.

The customer service that Jo provided was stellar. Other vendors had poor response and lack of attention. Big KUDOS to Jo and the rest of the Venom Motorsports USA team. These actions is what make the difference and denote high level of service to customers.
