You are buying a great sturdy trailer which was being used as a storage shed. There is a bathroom with a shower Kitchen Area Living Room It sits on a rusty but very solid heavy-duty steel frame and still has very valuable axles and wheels. It would take a big inside cleanup to make it comfortable but the roof does not leak and it is structurally sound. It has been parked and sitting here for 10 years now and even though it is jacked up off the ground on concrete blocks and the tires have a lot of tread and meat left on the rubber. It is completely as is and once you tow it off the property it is completely 110% your responsibility. There are probably several hundred dollars in aluminum and metal scrap value, that is why the price is so low. Just the frame or the axles alone for parts are worth every penny of this dirt cheap price!! SO THE CHEAP PRICE IS FIRM.
