Sectional sofa in great condition. The sofa has lived in a child free, pest free, pet free, smoke free home which has resulted in minimal wear and tear! One slight small water stain on an arm of the chair as seen in the video. Sectional component can be switched to either side. Sofa is in two pieces for easy moving around. Pickup only.
