This is an awesome treadmill. Will be best for non Senior or person with shorter stride though. You turn it in and off with foot movement. And control speed with placement of feet. Will go up to about 8 miles per hour. Does not make a lot of noise and runs It also very easy to store when you need too. Goes very flat and can even slide under your sofa or lean up against a wall.
