Description

RV/Motorhome $10K OBO - $10,000 (Henderson) ·         1996 Fleetwood Southwind ·         VIN: 3FCMF53GXSJA14351 ·         Condition: good ·         Cylinders: 8 cylinders ·         Drive: RWD ·         Fuel: gas ·         Odometer: 84000 ·         Paint color: brown ·         RV type: class A ·         Size / dimensions: 33’ ·         Title status: clean ·         Transmission: automatic ·         Features: 1996 Fleetwood Southwind Class A Motorhome Pros: - Strong Ford 460 engine ( See Important Note below… ) - starts, smogs and runs - No rust or corrosion underneath - 5KW Onan onboard Generator works - AC works - Water works - Fridge works - Propane Stove and hot water heater work - Coach Heater works - Power awning with wireless remote works - full Blackout curtains - Roof mounted Solar panels charge all batteries - All tanks good - Lots of storage - No roof leaks - New windshield - New front and rear disc brakes - New suspension bushings - Clean coach interior - Clean title Cons: IMPORTANT NOTE: Small leak in cooling system. Gasket at water pump/timing cover needs replaced $1000 - $2500 estimated repair. Otherwise the asking price would be $13k firm. If you needed to go a short distance say in town it would make it easily but watch the water and temp until fixed. If you are mechanical inclined you may be able to do this yourself and save the money. The gasket is $30. Another option would be to use a stop leak sealer but may reduce the engine life. I did not do this option. After fixed this strong engine could give you many trips across this great country as I have done in this many times. - a couple storage door latches and pistons that hold up doors need replaced - some bubbling in cargo door panels - Paint is faded in spots - could use some small body work in rear bumper - Some staining on coach head liner in a couple spots from small previous roof leaks that have been fixed. All these things can be fixed with reasonable effort. Other than that, this awesome machine is off-grid and camp or live in ready.
