Beware this place has poor communication skills and act like your the problem. Literally every time I made a payment I asked when can we put my spouse on the registration they said once I finish paying off the car. The day of purchase George said he couldn’t put both names on the registration/Title only mine and they will add my spouses name later. So I agreed to it thought it would work out since they are the dealer what do I know. He was training a younger black guy and the worker even reassured it would be done. Now I paid off the car and they all of a sudden have amnesia. So I let it go and said ok that’s fine if you can’t do asked about my title he went all crazy saying I called him a lair and made a big deal of it when I told him it was fine. Asked him when I can pick up the title he said I have to go to the DMV there was nothing he can do. I went to the DMV same day spoke with the rep she told me that’s incorrect he has to release the lien since I paid off the vehicle and I have to wait a few weeks for it to be in the system. So much miscommunication when all he had to do is put both names on the registration. Now he won’t release the lien since I spoke up. This man George is very rude and unprofessional!!! I purchased cars before and had no problems with getting the Title after completion of payment!
