It's a solid value if you want an inexpensive speaker which not only has impressive bass, midrange and high end but also sounds natural. If you're into heavy bass you can have it, if you're into well balanced sound, it'll get it. In 2014 I paid $320 for the pair and also have Infinity towers and Polk towers and this $320/pair of KLH speakers performs every bit as well as $1000 a pair speakers.
