My car buying experience at Audi Ontario was a mixed bag. The initial process of finding a car and getting a good deal was great. After I bought the car, however, things went downhill.
Immediately upon taking delivery I noticed that the service light was  on. I reached out to my salesperson who lied and said the work had been done but they forgot to reset it. Communication from the dealership was poor, and it took multiple calls and spending half of my Saturday driving over 100 miles roundtrip to get the issue resolved.
Thankfully, the service advisor, Ramon, was amazing and provided a completely different experience. He was professional, communicative, and made sure the issue was taken care of quickly.
I'd recommend Audi Ontario for the deals they offer, but be aware that the communication and post-sale support might not be what you expect. If you need service, ask for Ramon—he's fantastic!
