BEST OFFER! Toshiba Smart Portable AC 12,000 btu. I bought this on OfferUp listed as new, I’ve only tried to use it one time and it is too loud for my bedroom - not sure if that’s normal for a portable AC, or if something is wrong. Looks and functions as if brand new - but too loud for me. Has everything that came in box - all parts, remote and user manual and warranty card.
