I highly recommend Cars Auto Mall (Riverview, FL) for their excellent prices, low down payments, and smooth transactions, all supported by a fantastic team.

I recently moved from NC to FL after losing everything, and it took me quite a while to save up enough for a down payment. My credit wasn’t in the best shape, so I knew getting financed would be a challenge. I called several dealerships, and every single one told me the same thing: I’d have to wait because the interest rates would be too high, my payments would be unaffordable, and I’d need a larger down payment than I could afford.

But then, on my last attempt, I called Cars Auto Mall and spoke with Paulina. She was so kind and understanding about my situation. We talked for a while, and she assured me she’d see what she could do. I told her about my previous experiences with other dealerships, and honestly, I didn’t think they’d be able to help either.

A short while later, Paulina reached out with good news and while the interest rate would still be higher than I’d hoped, it was far more reasonable than the others, and the down payment was within my budget. I went to the dealership, picked out a 2017 Hyundai Tucson that had just arrived the day before, and took it for a test drive. I loved it, there were other cars I considered, but this one just felt it was the right one for me.

I decided to move forward with the deal, and just a few hours later, I drove away in my new car, complete with a 30-day warranty.

I can’t express enough how grateful I am to Paulina (Sales) and Tommy (Finance Manager), without their help and teamwork, I’d probably still be without a vehicle today.

Thanks to them, I’m now on my way to rebuilding my credit, and it feels great.  Trust me, you will not regret using them for one of the best dealerships around.

Had a great experience working with Thomas. He was extremely helpful and made sure I walked away happy and satisfied with my choice of suv. He even found us a good rate on car insurance. They had nice selection of vehicles very affordable and in good condition to be used cars. I would definitely recommend this place over any of the other places and trust we had a variety of places we stopped at. I unfortunately lost my home and car during Hurricane Helene. My old finance company recommended Car Auto Mall and said they'd be able to help get me back on the road and they did! Otis was my sales rep and he was amazing! He is extremely helpful without all the pressure of your typical car salesman. Elvis there manager is amazing as well. He actually got me into a newer nicer vehicle than the one I went to buy at first! If you are needing a used vehicle Car Auto is the place to go! They work with all types of credit and will do what they can to get you on the road that day!

Guys here were great. Elvis sold me a really solid BMW x3 in amazing condition and at a fair price. Found me financing when my credit wasn’t the best. Nothing bad to say about this dealership. Thanks guys!
