Sold as-is. The following are known issues: Shower skylight is cracked. I sealed it with roofing silicone but it should be replaced soon. This leak caused discoloration of the ceiling. Shower drain p-trap needs to be replaced. Shower fitting has very small leak. Living room slide-out opens electrically, but must be manually cranked in. Paint faded on left side. I used the Onan generator once and didn’t like the noise and vibration. New Predator generator is quiet and starts easily. I will include it with reasonable offer.
