Affordable,fast, & they mean business! went to different shops & kept getting the run arounds, but with Smart Choice Auto Group within less then 10 minutes got approved & low down payment! A bunch of cars to look at, my truck was very clean & nice ride, Tatiana went above & beyond to accommodate my work schedule she was very helpful & patient with helping me find the right car, very respectful & recommend the whole work crew at Smart Choice Auto Group to the fullest!

Raquel was amazing. She is the first sales person I contacted and made the experience enjoyable. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Helpful every step of the way. My mother bought a vehicle a year ago from her and she hasn’t had any problems! In her words we are all family!

I found this place on Marketplace and against my better judgement,  decided to do business with them.  I read all reviews  of any place I do business with but  (Please see the bad reviews-they are ACCURATE, will save you money, time and stress, check with BBB, there are 1000s of complaints against them) these people encourage you to do a review before you have a chance to analyze if you've received great service or not.  First, make sure ANYTHING that needs to be worked on the vehicle is done BEFORE you purchase because the Service Department has poor customer service, it will take months to get an appointment & your car still might not get fixed.  Check engine light came on soon as I drove off the lot.  Secondly, these people practice deceptive and fraudulent methods to secretly get the vehicle back from you. (Don't get me started on the ladies in the offices, they're rude and very unprofessional).  I had to hire a lawyer and am pursuing charges against them for stealing my vehicle in the same month that the payment was due.  They kept the original car key and key lock (said the car didn't come with them).  The deal was just all wrong and please do not trust these people, they're scammers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Raquel was super attractive to is and got us a vehicle that was very comfortable, spacious and for all of our family’s needs.

In regards to the auto sales they had a great selection that fit within our budget. Highly recommend.
