Has a 49cc gas engine Has a replacement carb about 3 years ago and CDI with new plug, valves adjusted … so last is carb now likely need tinkering - runs / rides has other new parts too Comes with Keys for scooter and storage box on rack , and of course The Cali pink slip ( akaTitle ) in my friends name. For this reason I will accompany you to an Oregon DMV ( Appointment is needed for this ) for a title & VIN inspection and or will / accompany you to a WA DMV - state Police for vin , and to. a licensing office / dmv to transfer this into your name No Excuses or Exceptions - Period.
