Just picked up my 2-door Aurora, and I couldn't be happier! From the moment I walked into the dealership, the experience was fantastic. The salesperson was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and making the whole process smooth and stress-free. They really went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect car for my needs. As for the Aurora itself, the handling is incredibly responsive, making every drive a joy. Whether I'm navigating tight city streets or cruising on the highway, it feels planted and confident. Overall, a huge thanks to the dealership for the outstanding service and a truly impressive car!

The second star is purely to acknowledge the friendliness of the staff in the service department and the fact that my main issue was eventually resolved. But overall, I had a very frustrating and drawn out experience that convinced me to never drop my truck off here again. I set up an appointment to get my touchscreen replaced after it had delaminated. I was told the part was in stock. I also showed them a crack in the windscreen, for which they told me they could call someone in to fix while my truck was there. I dropped it off on a Friday at 730 am and was called at about 9 am to be told they had the wrong part and they would have to order to correct one. I went to go pick it up and was so frustrated, I didn't think to ask why they didn't at least get the windshield crack fixed. The correct touchscreen arrived about 5 days later. 2 weeks later, I found time to drop it off again. I was very clear about the 2 things I wanted fixed -- the touchscreen and the windshield crack. I called the day prior to confirm both, and was told the windshield crack could not be guaranteed since it was being outsourced to an external repair person. Frustrated, I asked them to reach out to make sure that person was coming, and was eventually told Yes. I dropped it off overnight so it would be there at opening the next morning. They replaced the touchscreen, but I was told the glass person showed up without the correct tools, and thus could not fix it that day. I gave up on the glass and am getting that fixed by someone else. During the roughly 3 to 4 weeks I dealt with this department, there were often long delays in communication, but the responses were at least friendly and courteous. Jeremy and Pat were wonderful, but their department as a whole lost my trust and I will not be back.

I have came to the dealership multiple times and traded in cars. Steven has always been the greatest help when I go. It’s so welcoming and he makes the process so easy. I would recommend any friends or family members to go here to buy a vehicle ask for Steven he’s gonna get you right and get you in and out quickly And something that you are gonna love! Jesus was the guy who helped me and he did amazing. Along with everyone else in the department from management to finance. Second time buying a car here. Went to trade in my Honda to get something new and they helped me and got me out in a brand new Toyota Camry. The staff here always finds a way to work with me and get me exactly what I want.
