As someone who went around to multiple dealerships, upon walking into this certain one I knew I was gonna be in good hands automatically! Friendly atmosphere and outgoing. Big shout out to " Shaun Berk"  who not only managed to get me into something bigger, better but also safer for the price I was putting down when I was close to giving up hope thinking I wasn't going to be able to get a car. He took the time guiding us through all the process, explained everything in a way I can understand, and overall made me feel 100% confident with the choice beforehand. Fair prices, great product selection. Glad I chose them for an alignment needed post suspension install. They were quick to identify an issue (caused by myself installing items prior) and just as quick to present the solution and get me scheduled quickly. Laid back, nice environment and GT, Logan and Casey were accommodating and informative. Will continue to use OTS as my go-to for issues/installs over my skill set and for my off-roading needs/equipment.
