National tropi-cal motorhome for sale. Clean title in hand! This project rv is perfect for someone looking for a budget friendly fixer upper. The windows leaked in the back which unsealed and replaced all the wood already. This has the big Chevy 454 in it. I changed the spark plugs but it needs a tune up and there is a small coolant leak on radiator will have to pull it to see if its repairable. But I've been able to just keep it topped off. The a/c worked when I bought it buy it sat for a while and now wont turn on I believe the resistors have gone bad (easy fix). I haven't gotten into the water heater or the propane tank yet to see if work, water pump does work and I re sealed the fresh water tank. There is no generator installed, but I've hooked mine up to the exterior hookup and it worked fine. I have the flooring and adhesive for it that I will throw in and whatever I have bought for it.
