Description

This is a beautiful vintage wooden secretary desk with integrated glass-front bookcases on either side. The central section features a drop-front desk surface, revealing a writing area and small compartments for storage and organizing and has three drawers below it. The piece exhibits decorative carved details, particularly on the top of the central section, around the drop-front, and on the lower part of the side bookcases, suggesting an Art Deco or similar early 20th-century style. The wood is oak with a rich, dark finish. The glass in the bookcase doors is original with antique glass. It comes with a key for locking compartments.
