I had such a great experience at Auto Car Zone that I ended up buying two vehicles!!

I went in looking for a work van, and right away loved their no-pressure approach. After a test drive, I wanted to secure the van but needed to arrange financing through my bank, so I put down a deposit and asked them to hold it until the next day.

When I came back to pick up the van, the purchase was incredibly efficient - less than an hour from start to finish, which is unheard of in my car-buying experience. While finalizing the paperwork for the work van, I spotted a super clean Audi Q3 in their showroom and ended up purchasing it for myself!

Both transactions were straightforward, transparent, and pressure-free. Alex and Mike were fast, professional and efficient with all the paperwork.

I wasn’t quick enough for a car they had, but this was a really relaxed and easygoing dealership. Their cars overall seem to be in good condition. They’re willing to fix things with a car before selling, if it needs work done.

I will say, however, they don’t allow you to plug in your own OBD II scanner to read the computer codes. HUGE red flag.

We were referred to Auto Car Zone by our friends back in 2019 when their office was in Lynnwood, and we are so glad we went. We bought a car for my mom and the whole staff was super helpful and knowledgeable! I’m always hesitant of going to car dealerships because of the pressure they put on you, but Auto Car Zone is completely the opposite! They were so AMAZING and had an answer to every question we had! My mom was so happy with her purchase. :)
Last year I needed to sell my car since we were moving out of state and the only place I could trust was Auto Car Zone. They are now in Bellevue and have an awesome office where my little one could get helped busy. :)
