Brand new. Bought but never used. I assembled it in shop, but never moved into it. It just collects dust so I just want to get some money back for it. Has the side tray that folds up or down. I painted the bolts and nuts black with high gloss engine paint bc I liked it better vs silver. It locks and has 2 keys. Comes with 4pc new in box red magnetic tool/parts tray set. I paid about $250 with the side tray minus the tool tray set. I'm just tossing that in as a bonus. I don't have red stuff for them to match and not spending time painting them. Asking $150 firm! Its brand new! Save $100 vs going to Harbor Freight and buying it! Or $1k that Snap On costs. I have turned down many $100 offers! Don't bother unless you have something to throw on top of that $100
