Gently used - ZERO face scratching (which honestly shocks me! Haha!)... I have worn this faithfully for almost a year and I adore it. Waterproof, exercise and sleep tracking, texts and calls received on the device! The only signs of wear are on the back, and those are just tiny scratches from wear. The third picture is a close up of it. :) Brand new bands (small and large) and a charger are included! I do not have the original box because my husband kills all packaging laying around in our house! Can arrange for pickup after Monday the 14th. It’s a great watch - it served me well!!! (It retails for almost $300 still!)
