Mobile office? Tiny House? Storage?

Tiny house? Mobile storage? This is a 10x40 trailer who was previously a mobile office. We cleared it out and used it for storage for a house build the last couple years. That is when we installed the metal siding. The metal siding was installed with the laps between sheets facing the rear as to not catch wind when going down the road. It has new tires (two years ago) with less than 150 miles total. 2 axles. Floor/framing is solid. Trailer is solid. No leaks the leaks couple years we’ve used it as storage. Comes with $600 of roof sealer we were going to apply. Enough for 2 coats. Roof is aluminum. Easy access! Buyer to arrange transport. We will have it ready to go so all the buyer/mover have to do it hook up to it and take off. We moved it before over the mountain passes with an F450/F550 and didn’t have an issue. Has a standard 2 5/16 hitch. It is under legal rd height so no issues there. Has doors in the front and rear. No windows or anything else. It’s a blank canvas! Once again, it will be easy access to hookup and remove it. We purchased it from a construction company years ago to use as storage and don’t have any paperwork but happy to write a bill of sale. Looking for $5500 obo. Buyer to arrange transport. It will be empty other than the roof sealer buckets that comes with it. Located between Lake Stevens and Arlington.
