THIS DELL IS IN VERY GOOD SHAPE AND HAS WINDOWS TEN OPERATING SYSTEM RUNNING ON IT THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT THE BOTTOM PLATE ON THE COMPUTER NEEDS A COUPLE SCREWS TO HOLD THE UNDER SIDE PLATE IN PLACE. BATTERY HAS A LONG LASTING LIFE ON IT AND USUALLY LAST ABOUT FOUR DAYS ON A FULL CHARGE. THIS HAS BEEN A GREAT LAPTOP AND ILL BE SAD TO SEE IT GO BUT I RECENTLY BOUGHT A NEWER LAPTOP AND NO LONGER HAVE A NEED FOR THIS ONE
