Rebuild the transom with marine grade plywood and sealed with epoxy, about wrapped up with the floor supports next is floors then seats interiors and etc. Comes with 60hp mercury 2000 2 stroke outboard ran when I had it attached but needs time up. Compressions were good serviced at mercury service dealer. Has windshield, 2 seats, 2 electric downriggers, electronic wiring for bilge bump lights. Painted trailer ez loader black with Lowe’s rubberized paint. Solid boat has lots of potential but need to focus my time on other projects. Will sell quickly.
