2006 Subaru Outback

2006 Subaru Outback runs great, title in hand. 96k miles. I just put 3k to replace a control arm, a full tune up, including brakes, fluids flushed and replaced, as well as transmission oil and motor oil. All tires mounted and balanced. New right front rim & tire, as well as new motor oil filter. Only issue, for some reason that I can't figure out, is it shifts fine when going into park, reverse and neutral, but getting into drive is a little weird, because I think something sticky like coffee was spilled into the gear selector. It goes into drive every time, shifts gears perfectly fine while driving it, and runs perfectly fine, just don't know what the problem is. Asking 6,000 OBO.
