Used Honda Reflex 06 scooter Freeway legal has over 22,000 mileage. Only owned it since July 2019, nothing wrong with it, just wasn't prepared to owned a motorcycle/scooter on my end. But does has some damages like front left light not working, needs replacement. Some cracks on the outsides of them from previous owner. Most damages are from previous ownership. I don't even have a permit to take this vehicle out. If interested I can talk to you about the rest of the scooter but theres nothing major in this vehicle that there's worrying but I can show you and papers if you need to know. I just can't have something taking space and my money and I have 2 kids so I hope you understand where I'm coming from. My offer is $1,500. Minimum is $1,350 if the record shows for the negotiation. I bought it for $1,800 so I think I'm being reasonable.
