Original owner - 5 piece Lazyboy sectional, including full hide-a-bed and a recliner on each end. The fabric is in excellent shape, we've had it steam cleaned several times in its life. No stains or tears. Cushions have the regular slouch from age but are still very full and fluffy. Both recliners work, bed has been used very rarely, very clean mattress. One recliner footstool is cracked in the middle from the last move. This is a big sectional, and you can see we have it set up currently without the bed, to make it fit in our space. With the bed included, the long side is about 12' long. The bed can be put on either side of the corner, so you have a little flexibility on size, or you could use the sectional 'small' like we are, and put the bed somewhere else. Basement? Guest room?
