This is NOT a trailer you want to rebuild. It would be around $7 k to rebuild this one, and a lot of work. You do want this trailer if you are already working on a trailer and need all the interior appliances, furniture, cabinetry, etc, as well as all the plumbing, tanks, etc Have title and all original paperwork that came with camper. (Appliance instructions, etc). It will tow , but needs at least one tire replaced (there is one spare. Trailer uses 4 tires but probably none of them are any good. Ducted AC /Heat and vents and controller, refrigerated/freezer, tub/shower, toilet, sink, oven/stove/overhead vent/fan, microwave , jack knife couch/bed, dinette table/bed, queen slide out, CURTAINS, 4 bunks, mattresses, closets, cabinets, outdoor cooker, outdoor shower, antenna, sway bar hitch, spare tire, outdoor steps, doors, vents, emergency escape windows, wheels. Everything actually. Would be ready to roll if not for completely rotted floor and walls. All so now it’s been just sitting. Is leaking again. Bathroom sink is being affected.
