Good shape, no leaks, queen size bed, plus dinette folds into a bed, indoor and outdoor shower, newer fridge, ac works great, furnace works great also. Pretty loaded unit. Not perfect but very nice for the money Hate to sell it but i have no use for it. All 4 jacks works one has a slow leak but works fine. Bought it for my son but he is ungrateful and was too lazy to keep it clean so i kicked him out cleaned it up and its up for sale. His loss your gain clean title any additional info or pics just ask
