Made with 100% cotton double lined.  Put them in the microwave for heat therapy or, freezer. They are 9" x 3". They are used for headaches, anxiety,  aches and pains, bruises, post surgery,  menstrual cramps, natropathic sleep aid for adults or kiddos, or just to keep warm or cool.
