This is a 50 AMP toy hauler if renting with full hookups make sure it is a 50 AMP campsite. **PLEASE NOTE** 🔺If dry camping the generator and fuel pump tank will need to be filled by renter. If you would like for us to put fuel in the tank and generator please let us know and we can fill both tanks up for an extra fee a gas receipt will be provided. 🔺If dry camping please let us know if fresh water tank needs to be filled up there is no fee for filling up the fresh water tank. 🔺On checkout day please make sure no left over dirt or sand is left behind on any furniture, beds, floor or an extra $100.00 cleaning fee will be added. 📢Our toy hauler is events, musical events and festival friendly no burning man festival rental. 🚭NO SMOKING/VAPING or any kind of drugs is allowed inside toy hauler. Since many people have allergies and it is difficult to remove the odors and allergens associated with both pets and smoke, we must STRICTLY ENFORCE this policy. If evidence of pets on site or evidence of smoking inside the Renal is found, we reserve the right to charge $200.00 to treat the property for fleas and/or allergens and/or odors. In addition, any damage caused by pets or smoking materials will be charged to renters damage deposit. On delivery we do a complete walk through and show you how everything works inside and out we answer any questions you might have if at any time you have more questions during your reservation we are always available to answer any questions anytime. After every rental the toy hauler is completely cleaned and disinfected and everything is washed on the hottest water temperature and wiped down ready for the next trip.
