This is a top notch climate control unit. Not only is it a powerful AC (14000btu!) for those dreadfully hot San Diego summers but it's also a heating unit, dehumidifier, and fan; truely all year round use. Complete with remote, timer function and portable design. Something this strong normally retails for $500+ but I'm sell it at a deep discount because I'm moving. If I could have fit it in the car I would be taking it. The unit is in like new condition except for a small scuff mark on the bottom. First come first serve. I will deliver within the city for a $15 fee (gas is so expensive now). Pick up is at no extra charge.
