If you can carry this couch out of my apartment, it’s all yours! It’s in quite good condition, although it does sag more than you’d expect when you sit directly in the middle. (One of the metal support coils below the center seat cushion snapped a few years ago). There’s also a torn seam (photograph included), but it’s not actually visible unless you move the rear cushions. You must arrive with two strong men to move the couch down to your waiting truck. Luckily, though, no flights of stairs will be required. Please let me know if you’re interested!
