Permission to come aboard. Trying this again. I'm reluctantly selling my very cool 1987 Chevrolet Okanogan high top camper van. I'm going to list everything I can possibly about it so that all of you don't email me constantly with questions. it's a diamond in the rough. Very low miles, 159k all original. The interior is straight but not by any means in great condition. The vinyl flooring was crap , so I started tearing it out for decent click flooring.The windows are all great , no cracks, safari style pop out upper high slider , side aft sliders with new screens. It has a couple small solar panels on top . Its old, funky and nautical. Swivel captains, lotsa teak nautical stuff, quilted burgundy head liner and valances. Propane 3 burner stove top ( works great) 12 volt , propane and land line swedish fridge ( stopped working ) propane furnace with thermostat. Curtains in the front , I took down the rest. The galley has a pop up table that converts to a bed, however I took out the cushion part and threw my bed top in. The engine is in great condition it is a 350 V8. I have replaced the following, new alternator, new batteries one deep cycle for house battery, new starter, new serpentine belt. The aft area has plumbing for poopy. There is no porra potty installed. It has tons of storage. It has a loft sleeping area for apparently someone who is not 6'1" like myself. Here's the scoop: if you are some hipster that wants to dig "van life , bored out of your skull at Amazon, you are somehow dressing like a fashionable tree logger, with trimmed up beard, rolled up pants? And talk very strange, almost like a computer.. this may not be for you. Maybe ?? This thing is old, drives great, low miles, and would be very amazing restored. It has some dings, the star wars paint job is tired, but still groovy. $2300 obo. I'd like to schedule meetings for Friday, and spend today cleaning it out. Thankyou. Title in hand
