I bought this from the NEMO sample sale a few years back and ended up only using it once. It arrived and looked brand new, but has "sample" written on the tent on one spot. I'm assuming they just had it up on display for viewing. The listing price was $299, but I'm selling it for $190 together w/ a footprint which I bought new separately for $50.00 and never ended up using. It's supported by two trekking poles (not included) and came with 7 stakes, a repair patch, and a couple line cords; however I lost one stake during the first and only time used. I've replaced it with a red MSR stake (shown in the pictures). Weight is: Tent body/fly is 31.8 oz, 7 stakes+line cord plus sack 4.1 oz., stuff sack 2.1 oz. 38.0 oz total.
