Brand New (other). I purchased this from Amazon and got busy so I never installed it. Today, which was the fourth day past the allowable time to return it, I decided to try and install this. Should have realized I don’t have Cable...I have Fios. So it does not work. This is Brand New. Plugged in and powered up. Then put back in the box. All the stickers and everything are on it. I can show my receipt as well. Please note when purchasing that this item does not have the shrink wrap on it. The box is ripped. It has not been used and is new, but this is clearly an open box item with wrappers and wires unharnessed. It will be neatly placed back in the box.
