Moving but it's a bit too big for our new place. This Sofa is clean and ready for new ownership. Comes with the two pillows in photo. No tears or rips except for one of the cushions where a spot of chaffing developed. This can be repaird or a new cover slipped over. The fabric of this sofa have been treated to resist stains. It's only a year old and comfortable. Original purchase price was $600.00. Asking $199.00 or make a reasonable offer. First come first served. Will not hold!
