Runs well, enough horsepower for most drivers. I’ve owned this car for over three years, always changed oil (synthetic) every 5k miles myself, drove around 13k miles per year (since 2016). I am just the second owner and I have records of the original carmax from 2016 where it details the vehicle service history and the date it was owned by just one other individual. Automatic Transmission, no sunroof no paddle shifters, rear windshield and rear windows are polarized. It is a clean title and it comes with a JBL subwoofer. AC works well. -It has minor scratches on the front bumper and right front door. -There is a faulty code about turning signals/service that pops up on the dashboard but the turn signals work just fine. -I should mention that the the inside roof lights only work by pushing the buttons and not automatically (opening doors) -No bluetooth. -It has a very minor oil leak which doesn’t require any oil to be added until after driving the vehicle for 5,000 miles. -Recently changed serpentine belt and footwell module(have receipts of this last maintenance work) -Got Bridgestone tires at 127k miles, currently has 138k miles, so enought thread life, by the way, the annual mileage driven for this BMW is 13k miles (this is a decent mileage usage) Have pink slip, current registration, and will provide smog check once you are ready to buy. Compared to other Bimmers, this 328i is selling below market price, so please, do not lowball, it will save both of us some time. We may go for a test drive only if you verbally agree to accept full liability of any accidents/tickets that can potentially arise while you drive... Open to trade for a honda civic/ toyota camry, let me know if you have any serious questions.
