Both messenger style and backpack straps are included. Wipes case will be included. The changing pad is also included. It is listed in fair condition because of it’s age and general wear and tear. Perfect as a second/back up bag to toss in the car since it’s pretty big and you can shove a lot of things in there (it was used as my son’s carry on baggage so it held a lot of things). There are no stains that I can see. The fabric is a little pilled. We live a smoke-free and pet-free house with frequent visits to homes with hypoallergenic dog breeds.
