Rheem Performance 30 Gal. Short 6 Year 4500/4500-Watt Elements Electric Tank Water Heater Basically New I am remodeling and switching to a tankless. I purchased my place a couple months ago and during inspection the water heater had to be changed out to a new one. I started renovations immediately after purchase and have not lived in the unit since being purchased. This is why I am advertising Like New. Basically never used. Only a couple months old. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. The little bit of dust on the heater is from the remodeling going on in the house. Retails at homedepot for 409.00 First 200 takes it.
