Bought item and before I had a chance to set it up, I ended up moving, so I personally tested everything before storing it away to make sure everything functions properly because if not, I was just going to return. Please note this item was a special buy that comes with bonus features such as the "dual" charging station, outdoor mounts and the silicone skins - so when price searching, you'll find that units which do not possess these additional accessories, may be at a lower price ESPECIALLY if you are price checking against a REFURBISHED or a RENEWED product, which mine is neither, mine is NEW - so when comparing, keep all of this in mind, and also keep in mind tax, because that will also up the price as well as this is the Arlo 2 1080P not the original 720 Arlo - there is a big difference there, and also in price. One camera was also mounted to the wall during the testing phase to test the strength and durability of the mount, again as I no longer needed and wanted any excuse to return, but the mount was solid and everything checked out, so I decided to keep the Arlo 2 and install later, which never happened. I also charged all the batteries because if batteries die and stay dead in the box too long this is not good for the batteries and I tried my best to keep everything as virgin as possible throughout the testing - so in the process the plastic wrap that houses everything for shipment has been unsealed, however, i didn't toss it so it still comes with the product but besides that everything should be NIB mint or near mint idk fingerprints/dust/etc. I will also toss in a google home mini AND/OR an echo dot based on your offer, so you can have the voice control option, which are $49.99 each.
