Gold’s Gym 20 lb ankle weights. Had the bright idea to buy both these and a 20 lb vest to wear while at home and I thought I could fit and trim with minimal effort. Lol. Or I could maybe do some leg lifts and get a better butt. HA! Nope. With 10 lbs on each leg I could hardly even walk. Ended up buying the 10 lbs set that I also don’t use. I’m not actually trying to tell you to not buy. Only informing about how I’m an idiot so make wise decisions. Lol. I now know I’m wimpy and lazy and I would love this and the other workout type items I post to go to a good home where it seems the light of day. These are awesome! Buy them and matching vest lol.
