Wifi electric and cable with all channels PPV football baseball college and professional basketball soccer also you can get channels from any major city in the USA You have your own bedroom and bathroom, private parking spot, pool, gym, luxury building.. apartment has 2 living rooms tv in every room.Have washer and dryer in the apartment have access to everything besides my room and office. There is a queen size bed dresser and smart tv, with a walk in closet if you have your own stuff I can take mine out! Everything in the apartment is brand new have recliners with massage and Bluetooth upstairs to hang out and down stairs have a 5 piece sectional. Apartment has buzz on from an app and I have alarm and cameras so your stuff is safe! I have a home office and there’s a spa im there poker table and pool table in the loft!I’m 39 years old professional I work 65-75 hours a week looking for someone that is also a professional and full time job. This isn’t a party house you can have company but it’s going to be a respectful environment!!! Would prefer a female but would rent to a male.
