Selling my 2001 Keystone Columbia fifth wheel trailer. It’s 28 feet and has one super slide. It’s a great little trailer and it’s beautiful inside! All appliances work inside and out, central HVAC works great! The fridge, stove/range, all work great. The hot water heater is both gas and electric and is selectable. Most of the interior lights were recently converted to LED to save the batteries when dry camping. Awning has a small scar that was repaired by the previous owner and doesn’t leak. All roof vents have the vent covers so they can be left open during weather and travel with no problems at all. Two deep cycle batteries that are about 3 years old, so you won’t need to worry about them for years to come. I bought all brand new tires from Les Schwab, including the spare, the day I brought it home. I also registered it last month, so you’re good for another 2 years. Clean Oregon title in hand. I am probably forgetting items, so feel free to ask. I recently updated the interior to lighten things up and add a new appearance. I painted all cabinets,replaced the carpet with vinyl plank flooring and made new window valances. I love the result! I replaced all the cabinet pulls, and painted all the cabinet hardware and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Really updated the dated look you find in trailers. The trailer will be sold as is with everything included. So darn near everything you need to go camping the night you buy it. Leveling blocks, jacks, wheel chocks, water hoses, 30 amp cord, and appropriate dumping hoses. All dishes, pots and pans (brand spankin new!!), cooking utensils, toaster, waffle iron, cleaning supplies, trailer TP, black tank treatment and everything in between! Also, TWO TV’s, one in the living space and one in the bedroom, a DVD player and sound bar as well. Outdoor rug, and even a Coleman camping BBQ! Not to mention the BRAND NEW storage cover I have for the trailer. I have two loose ends to tidy up. I have to finish the flooring in the bathroom and add a piece of trim on he slide. Shouldn’t take about an hour if I can quit procrastinating. The only con, the landing gear motor quit on me during my last trip out so I had to crank it by hand. The motor is about $49 on Amazon and is about a 15 minute repair, even for a mechanically inept individual. I bought this and intended for it to be my forever trailer. Life got in the way, and I opted to sell the trailer to help me financially as I change careers and chase happiness elsewhere. Come take a look at the trailer, it’s just awesome inside and will suite anyone. Whether a seasoned camper or first time trailer owner. Feel free to message me with any questions or concerns. But the hundreds of hours of labor and hundreds of dollars in materials speak for themselves. You have to see it!!
