Working for Ace is different then any other big box store because we are not one, Workman’s Ace is family owned and operated so you will work with the family as a small power packed team to help customers find what they need in a timely manner but keep up the Ace promise to be kind and collective to customers. There are several different tasks to do in a small store and there’s room to move up. We focus on training there are several online training tracks we assign every month to better your knowledge in a department you may not know. We are a huge retailer in STIHL power equipment there is a lot of perks for employees who take the training and can retain the information. We work with running equipment and key cutting machines so associates who apply must be comfortable working with this type of equipment. We are looking for associates who are able to - Work with computers for special orders and Point of Sale - Works well with other people even the few customers who are difficult - Can stand/walk the store on shift - Has reliable transportation to and from work ( we realize life happens and work with you for lates every once and while) - Is open to learning and can take criticism easily We have full and part time positions open and are open to working around your schedule we realize there are other obligations in everyone’s life and will try our hardest to work around them. We are closed major holidays and close early the day before so holidays can be spent at home with families.
