I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this jewelry store. I brought in a piece of precious jewelry for repair, trusting that it would be handled with care and professionalism. Instead, the repair was mishandled, and when they attempted to return it to me, the jewelry was damaged.

What made the situation even worse was that they tried to blame me, claiming I had brought the item in that condition. I know the condition of my jewelry when I entrusted it to them, and their attempt to deny responsibility was both frustrating and dishonest.

The workmanship was poor, the customer service was unprofessional, and I felt misled throughout the entire process. Rather than taking accountability for their mistakes, they chose to make excuses and shift the blame.

I will never do business with this store again. If you have valuable or sentimental jewelry, I strongly recommend taking it somewhere else. Trust is essential when dealing with precious items, and unfortunately, this business did not earn mine.

I recently had the great pleasure of purchasing a beautiful birth stone ring from Monaco Jewelers.  I’m from out of town, and by phone they were quite helpful in the purchasing process.  Greg was the employee that I worked with; he answered all of my questions with rapid speed about this “precious birth stone ring”.  The shipping and delivery were both tracked and timely; I received my ring with next day shipping.  I am extremely satisfied with my purchase, and hope to, one day, visit Monaco Jewelers in person.  I would definitely purchase jewelry from Monaco Jewelers again!  The ring was as described and even more beautiful in person – Thank you Monaco Jewelers!
